About Be Sweet Yarn
The idea for Be Sweet was born when founder Nadine Curtis lived in South Africa's Cape Town from 2002 to 2004 and became enamored with the handcrafted goods she saw there. Many of these goods were created by job creation programs supporting women's empowerment. The groups making the goods offer opportunity and hope to a new generation of craftspeople. Be Sweet supports these innovative groups by bringing their products to a wider market of socially conscious consumers interested in beautiful things that fund community development.

Need a Great Party Idea?
Plan your next birthday party, girls night out, baby shower at Yarn. You can do something different this year. We are working with Heather at the Cafe Cafe to provide you with great treats and/or catered food for the party. Our back room can fit up to 10 people. All ages welcome. Think about us next time you want to plan a fun party!
